| Beschreibung: | Este trabajo analiza la representación de la heroicidad femenina en las tragedias de Eurípides relacionadas con el ciclo troyano: Hécuba, Las Tro- yanas y Andrómaca, y el destino de las mujeres de la casa real de Ilión en la posguerra. La identidad femenina y la otredad en tiempos de guerra son presentadas en el drama ático desde una perspectiva de la heroína determinada en la tragedia por la ideología sexo-género. La presencia de la violencia contra las mujeres en los textos literarios se constituye en un referente performativo que muestra la vigencia y la permanencia en el dis- curso bélico como re ejo del imaginario social en la Grecia antigua. The paper analyzes the female heroic representation in Euripides’ Troyan cycle: Hecabe, Troyan Women and Andromaca and its heroic fe- male characters Adromaca, Cassandra, Hecabe, and Polixena in the af- termath of the Troyan War. Female identity and otherness during war times are portrayed in Attic drama from a perspective of the female hero determined in tragedy by the gender-sex ideology. The representation of symbolic and physical violence against women, in the literary text, constitutes a performative reference which depicts its permanence in the beligerant war discourse in the social imaginary of ancient Greece. |
