Disgrifiad: | This article analyzes the power relations between the subjects “men” and “women” in Josefina López’ play Real Women Have Curves. From a post-colonial feminist approach, we study the male domination over the female body – as colonized bodies – and the need, as suggested in the play, of a multicultural – not ethnocentric–, inclusive, feminist study that takes into consideration the particularities of the double-marginalized women (as women and as women from developing countries) as opposed to an absolute and essentialist identity. |
