Disgrifiad:Our aim in this paper is to identify the role of the Central American non-official delegations, before and during the Peace Conference of Asia and the Pacific Region (PCAPR). If we consider the six Central American countries as a sub region of Latin America, which aspects can be perceived as common features of Central America according these representations during the Conference? What was the relevance of Central America in this conference? Using Chinese sources we suggest that the PCAPR held in Beijing in 1952 was an alternative in the search of World Peace. It was the beginning of contact between New China and Latin America. Moreover it was a chance to interact with representations of peoples of all Central American countries
