| Описание: | The interpretation of international treaties is a matter of practical interest, and an academic issue as well. International and domestic courts deal with this kind of interpretation. Preliminary works are a valid tool for interpretation, despite all the debate regarding its usefulness. The Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties assigned it a secondary role, but these are often used. |
