| Miêu tả: | El resurgimiento conceptual del desarrollo desde las “nuevas ciencias” o “ciencias de la incertidumbre”, tiene como objetivo metodológico ampliar la lógica neopositivista del crecimiento, subsumiendo este relato a criterios de demarcación –axiológico y epistémico- para una reestructuración de totalidades en sentido piagetiano. Este proceso ha enrumbado un esquema importante de interrelaciones donde la necesidad ya elaborada deja su centralidad en el discurso para darle paso a la exigencia del desarrollo como un derecho universalizable. çThe resurgence of the development´s conceptualization emerged from the “new science” or “sciences of the uncertain”, with the methodologic objective of extending the neopositivist logic of growth, by subsuming this story to criteria of axiological and epistemic demarcation in order to restructure it by Piaget’s sense of wholes. This process causes an important scheme of inter-relationships where the need that was created stops its centrality in the speech by promoting the requirement of development as a universal right. |
