Descripción:This paper is a product of a research project conducted with the purpose of assessing the supervised practice that is part of the Pedagogy Study Programs (Camacho et al., 2014), and which involves faculty members, observers, and students. This paper focuses on the student point of view. The participants were students –of the Diploma Program in Preschool Education, Education for the 1st to 6th grades, and Teaching of English, and of the Bachelor’s Program in Special Education– who had just finished the supervised practice.  A questionnaire was administered and a panel discussion was conducted to analyze the supervised practice from the student point of view.  The main findings point out the importance of the process. The conclusions include a number of student concerns related to training requirements in order to undertake appropriately the supervised practice. In addition, student recommendations are provided to the study programs.
