| Diğer Bilgiler: | This article examines the opposition between utopism and political realism in the context of Renaissance. First, it analyzes the question about the historical continuity or rupture of Renaissance from the Medieval imaginary. After that, it considers the question of religion in Moore ́s Utopia and Campanella’s City of the Sun and compares them with Machiavelli’s texts. Finally, it thinks about the relationship between Renaissance utopism and religion. |
