The Corporate Social Responsability (CSR) is a business strategy whose main aim is based in the active and voluntary contribution to improving social, economic and environmental by companies, usually with the goal of improve their competitive position and valuation. The elaboration of this investigation tried to know the level of awareness that exist in the national companies, specifically the enterprice sector of the Northern Zone in CSR mattters. Within the obtained results, it was possible to be noticed that the real knowledge of CSR does not exist in the companies. At this point is where it’s appraised that still exists a deficit of strategy and concrete activities to go beyong the philantropic sence. In addiction the different actions could be known tie from the CSR subject and the different benefits when is practicing of an active form this subject. On the other hand, in the creation of this paper, is exposed which is the way the CSR subject must be interpreted and the benefits it brings with its implementation. In addiction it’s mentioned why to integrate the CSR in the strategic approach of the company and some successful strategies of CSR in different companies also appear, stimulating the enterprise sector of the North Zone adopts measures in this sense. Finaly emerged some strategies to installed the CSR in the corporative sector of the North Zone.
