Description:In this article it is explained the development of the first stages of a system capable of capturing hyperspectral images using an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), commonly known as drones. The objective is to create a complete hyperspectral map, using those captured images. In addition, it is explained the necessary theory to comprehend concepts related with the solution, results and conclusions of this work. What is explained in this article, is a part of a graduation project for a Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering, at Tecnológico de Costa Rica.
