Description:This article addresses the factors involved in managing extracurricular projects at the the music department which affect educational organizations and determine how school principals use school resources for such projects in order to enhance quality of life for students, redirect educational goals involved with teaching and learning within the context of the changes and needs of the students, with the goal of improving the practice of educational management and to be able to obtain more successful and viable projects in the school community and the community at large.
