| Descrizione: | This essay stages an encounter between Althusser’s essay on the ideological state apparatuses and Franz Kafka’s “In the Penal Colony” in order to pose the problem of the body. I argue that this encounter produces the concept of a body that exceeds the limits of the legal subject and its interpellation. |
