Description:This is an essay about how coexistence and living from self-management of schools. Teachers and students dialogue about the role played by mediation strategies in learning where they diagnosed difficulties and facilities that have the student population, teachers and administrative management to develop processes aimed at achieving greater learning. As a conclusion, self-assessment in institutional management is a systematic process of self-reflection with endogenous and exogenous components of same educational centers, by participating institutions from purposes of school management and its improvement plan.
