Description:This study presents a theoretical discussion and an analysis about the immigrants’ integration processes —or assimilation processes— into the hosting territories or countries. The analysis is focused on the Costa Rican case in compared perspective, considering some of the immigrants’ incorporation models that have been developed in other latitudes, especially into the European continent.
