Helicina chrysocheila Binney, Succinea luteola Gould, Thysanophora horni (Gabb) and Praticolella berlandieriana (Moricand) are the species with greatest distribution considering habitat features. The main zoogeographic feature was the endemism (44.7%: 71 species). The malacologic provinces of the Sierra Madre Oriental and Veracruzana, in northeastern México, are proposed.
