Descripción:In a society living in immediacy and sinking into materialism, time is increasingly overshadowed by its intangible nature as content of life and law. Only taken into account as a legal fact that is a source of rights and obligations, this study seeks to deepen into the rationale of the time in Law, not only as a root of law and justice, but as law and justice themselves, analyzed as a possible subjective right and a legally protected interest, within a multidisciplinary perspective aimed at raising new questions about the essence of time for humans and the Body of Laws.
