Descripción:This article intends to determine the perceptions of the English teaching staff from different Regional Directions of MEP and representatives from the CONARE’s Interuniversities Comission about the educational management defined to develop the MEP-CONARE linguistic training between 2015-2018. The investigation method of this article is based on the mixed approach principles, applying questionnaires to the English teaching staff who participated in the training and interviews to representatives of the CONARE’s Interuniversities Comission. The compiled data was verified developing an analysis of the legal document of the agreement signed by the Minister of Education and the President of CONARE. Among the main findings of this research, a weakness regarding the communication of the goals and purposes of the agreement was identified, but the accomplishment of the proposed objectives was ensured through a periodical evaluation of the activities. It is concluded that to guarantee the success of an agreement of this nature, it is necessary to offer a space for dialogue to explain the linguistic objectives of the training and the goals of the agreement at the country level, applying a strategic organizational communication that enables and ensures a real commitment from the teaching staff.
