Description:This work introduces a comprehensive miRNA-lncRNA interaction database that uniquely integrates structural information for both miRNAs and lncRNAs. The database includes extensive characterization of sequences, secondary structures, and interactions, enhancing its utility for predictive modeling in bioinformatics and systems biology. By providing a validated and detailed resource, such as lncRNASNP2-Human, this database aims to support and improve future predictions of miRNA-lncRNA interactions, with potential applications in disease research, particularly in cancer, and other areas of biomedical science. The construction and structure of the database are presented, along with a detailed description of the types of data it contains, and potential applications or uses of this database are mentioned at the end.
