Описание:An analysis was conducted on the development of an interactive model for the simulation of genetic inheritance in cattle using Unreal Engine 5, based on the need to take advantage of current technologies not only as a form of entertainment but also as an educational resource in specific contexts such as veterinary medicine and animal science. For this purpose, an academic-oriented video game was designed, developed, and implemented to assess competencies and knowledge related to bovine genetics. Evaluation tools were employed to observe the level of understanding among a student sample to determine whether the continuous use of this type of technological resource influences their educational development and the appropriation of scientific concepts.
