| Disgrifiad: | Como parte de la labor académica que se realizaen el Instituto Tecnológico de Costa Rica y conscientesde la importancia que tiene la creación de empresas yel rol que juegan los emprendedores en la economíacostarricense, surge la necesidad de conocer cuáleshan sido algunas de las experiencias y conocimientosque han generado dichos emprendedores. Para talefecto, se entrevistó a cincuenta emprendedorescostarricenses sobre las razones que los impulsaron acrear su negocio, los mayores obstáculos contra los quese han enfrentado, las satisfacciones que han vivido y,además, se les pidió brindar algunas recomendacionespara tener éxito en los negocios. ABSTRACTAs part of the academic work done in the InstitutoTecnológico de Costa Rica and aware of the importanceof business creation and the role of entrepreneurs in theCosta Rican economy, the need arose to know about theexperience and knowledge that those entrepreneurs havegenerated. To that end, fifty Costa Rican entrepreneurswere interviewed about the reasons that lead to thecreation of their own businesses, biggest obstacles faced,satisfactions gained and also request from them sometips for success. |
