| Descrizione: | This article is a product of a project that arises before the need of the paediatric asthmatic population to have control and follow-up on your disease, of little information that the progenitors of the asthmatic population possess, besides the high effect of consultations of morbidity because of the asthma. The general objective was to develop the consultation of attention of paediatric nursing for boys, girls and teenagers with asthma, in Esparza, in 2006. For the project 24 persons were included by ages of 2-12 years, 11 weeks of attention. It was offered to them attention holisticbased on four dimensions of the health. The services are directed to give advising, education, support in order to increase the knowledge’s on asthma and to modify actions or aptitudes harmful to the respiratory health. Family put down the stress recognized the symptom’s attack. For the institution it represented decrease in the consultations of morbidity for asthma and disposition of quotas for the service of urgencies. A qualitative change was achieved in conducts and family habits, modifying the environment of positive way for the respiratory health. The parents said, to feel more support, more safety in the managing of future crisis, the suitable administration of the treatments improved the adherence and the paediatric population to take part of its autocare. |
