| Descrizione: | This paper analyzes the work situation in Costa Rica and Colombia through the review of the labour law’s of each country. At the same time, it takes some of the statistics of International Labour Organization (ILO) build for the region about this topic. The purpose of that is to count with element that allow to compare the reality of the labour market, learn lessons, and understand in a clear way how it shows the phenomenon in the this countries and find out If Colombia and Costa Rica are advancing to the gold of decent labour conditions for the workers. |
