Description: This paper focuses on a theoretical model for the study of vagrancy from the perspective of Labor and the Criminality History. The background is the transition from colonial mode of production towards the consolidation of capitalism, based on subjective and material processes through which vagrancy was persecuted, and worked under certain circumstances became an obligation.
