| Descrição: | This article is about the just baptized “Plaza de las Artes”. It is one of the projects of the process than several years ago. The Major of the city of San Jose started the urban renovation of the city and those good yields has offered. The lamentable thing is not the good intention but the inadequate of space which has been remodelled since there are several architectonical structures declared national patrimony existing is this site: Nuestra Señora de La Soledad and Casa San Pancracio, ICOMOS office in Costa Rica. In this new city is common that the urban space is baptized and red baptized, modelled and remodelled to the ill of those who shows the power. What concerns the archaeological track the collective memory of the citizen, the existential space of the district, what interests is “to make history”, to patent spaces to immortalized nomenclature. |
