Miêu tả: | This article aims to analyze consumption and identity of feeding people in the XXI century. Today's consumer shows an estrangement between food production and consumption, this distancing promotes a food not meet a basic need and becomes a consumer object. After 1950 the diner is transformed into consumer under pressure homogenizing globalizing and increasingly remote from centers of food production. We conclude that social changes and in particular, experienced in the way of eating, combined with socio-economic developments and technical changes that have increased in a stratified manner, products and ways unimaginable consumption, impact result in nutritional status world population |
