Descripció: | Introduction: The Guayabo National Monument archaeological site has among its most relevant characteristics a hydraulic system that is responsible for the capture, channeling and distribution of water sources for the supply of this resource. It requires a comprehensive understanding of the system, since it is a complex network, which as, has been seen, is connected internally. Currently its state of conservation has been diminishing so it is considered vitally important to approach it both from a superficial and internal perspective. Objective: Through the presentation of various data obtained about the hydraulic system, it is intended to achieve a comprehensive knowledge of it, visualizing what the water intake points are and the way in which these are distributed in the architectural core through the different structures that compose it. Method: Scientific data were obtained from the implementation of archaeological techniques, given the nature of the research, both quantitative and qualitative analysis were required, in order to link the results obtained with the social interpretation that can be derived from them. Results: A comprehensive visualization of the hydraulic system was achieved, both the water intake points and the operation and relationship between the different structures that compose it.
