Description:This article analyzes the interdisciplinary nature of philosophy, particularly ethics, as a mediator in the construction of conceptual tools for dialogue among humanities. Based on the approach of philosopher Adela Cortina, it proposes a reflective perspective aimed at strengthening ethical dialogue and recognizing the plurality of voices that make up the School of General Studies. The study is grounded in a critical analysis of philosophical concepts related to dialogical practice, as developed in Cortina’s writings, to underscore the significance of incorporating the diversity of voices that constitute the university community through a reflective, rational, and ethical exercise, articulated by making particular perspectives visible within a broader spectrum, thereby enabling the creation of equitable spaces in which the needs of the individuals and disciplines involved in academic contexts are both heard and addressed.
