Communication is not a one-way process; it goes beyond interactions between agents. It encloses different stories, cultures, contexts and subjectivities. the transmission of partial and unilateral criteria has been privatized, leaving the community without a voice. public opinion and policies were established on the basis of democracy and legal equality; however, they have been transformed into private policies and opinions. |
