Descripción:Taking into account Luhuman's systems theory and Prigogine's theory of dissipative structures, the article lays the basis for conceiving the political system as one that is complex and dissipative and that can be considered as a system of this nature in physics. These systems are susceptible to what is called "turbulent chaos". To illustrate this, the author offers three manifestations of this type related to the pluralist, antagonistic, and post-truth nature that has relation with the relations within the political sphere in Costa Rica. Subsequently, the concept of "dynamic co-management" is introduced as a way of approaching complex and dissipative social systems, outlining their scope and dilemmas.
