Disgrifiad:Law is a dynamic science; and thus, it is transmutable. It is born and developed according to the current needs of society. The organization of our juridical system is inspired in the basic principles of the French Revolution, and therefore, in the Code Napoleon. However, due to the transformation of society and the subsequent gaps in the laws, the system has been divided into several branches to cover areas that were not previously protected (e.g. family law, agricultural law, commercial law, environmental law). Likewise, since our system was inspired in a patriarchal model, new sex-gender theories have evidenced that there are many rules to amend. In fact, there have been many achievements, so that gender equality can be achieved through the law.
