Who answers the question of what is the situation of the organic pineapple sector in Costa Rica?. The article reviews the legal and institutional framework and the evolution of the production and export of organic pineapple. In addition, an contribution is made in the updated identification of the national producers to export, as well as in the analysis of positive and negative factors internally and externally that affect the sector. |
