| Descripció: | The 21st century technology advances lead to present citizens the need to create a true electronic justice system to replace the marked feature of slowness and the excessive volume of physical documents characteristic of such an institution. This study will analyze the progress made with the establishment of electronic court records and with the creation of the Lexnet electronic communication system, where the main negative point has been the incorrect treatment of personal data by system users. |
