| Descrizione: | The pension system of Magisterio Nacional represents one of its most important achievements. However, on various occasions it has been under serious threats of reform. In 1995, a major reform was imposed on it, and many rights of future pensioners were eliminated. Here, we present the current system and provide part of the most important jurisprudence that has been issued with regard to this topic. |
