Description:The need to design materials that promote reflection about environmental problems, makes educational institutions assume promoter scenarios in the creation of educational strategies to address this issue, so this paper presents the design process of a training module called “Reflect on Environmental Problems of the Municipality of Tunja”, which aims to recognize the most important environmental problems affecting this city. The design was divided into three stages: a. Context and documentation research, in order to verify the relevance of the topic in society. b. Approach Selection.  c. Module Construction. Finally, is presented by way of example, a role-playing activity developed with the focus on teaching and learning in education for sustainability and socio-scientific issues (CSC) that allows to reflect each of the treated environmental problems.
