Περιγραφή:In a society characterized by constant changes and fluctuating dynamics, the commercial trends of the environment reflect speed, consumption, globalization and variations in productive, business, technological and communication activities; That is why the Law faces a tough challenge to regulate these new commercial realities. This article addresses atypical contracts in Nicaraguan business practice, which are based on contractual and contracting freedom. In addition to mentioning the problems that these figures bring with them to the business world and, in turn, the practical significance that they carry; issue of relevance for future regulation.
