Cur Síos:The female, male, pupa and larva of Gigantodax bierigi, new species, and Gigantodax willei, new species, are described. Each of these species is most readily differentiated from other species of Gigantodax, by the general shape and number of the branches of the respiratory organ of the pupa. Both species were collected from upland streams in Costa Rica. Some biological notes are included.
