Popis:Administrative judicial review plays a central role in safeguarding the rule of law by ensuring effective control over administrative action and protecting individuals against unlawful acts and omissions of public authorities. These challenges include evidentiary restrictions, limited oral proceedings, ineffective enforcement of judicial decisions, fragmented procedural time limits, and insufficient judicial remedies against administrative inaction.
