Deskribapena:Administrative judicial review plays a central role in safeguarding the rule of law by ensuring effective control over administrative action and protecting individuals against unlawful acts and omissions of public authorities. Despite its long-established institutional structure, the Turkish administrative judiciary continues to face significant structural and procedural challenges that limit its effectiveness in practice. These challenges include evidentiary restrictions, limited oral proceedings, ineffective enforcement of judicial decisions, fragmented procedural time limits, and insufficient judicial remedies against administrative inaction.
