| Diğer Bilgiler: | The essay analyzes a proposal to reform the crime of culpable abortion in Costa Rica in the bill “Criminal Code”, File # 11,871, the text of which was published in Issue No. 9 of La Gaceta No.82 on April 29, 1994, which exonerates any female from culpably causing her own abortion. This paper analyzes the meanings of the term abortion in our country and the notions of the concept of guilt in Law. Likewise, it presents simulated cases of the application of culpable abortion, suggesting opportunity criteria or judicial pardon, pursuant to Criminal Procedure Law, thus determining whether or not it is worth making a reform in that field. |
