Description:Since ancient times, human beings have utilized symbols in order to materialize their thoughts, either to “keep them” as precious and secret information, or for communicating through them an idea that they wish to share. Thought has been primarily transformed in sound, then in spoken body language and finally in symbol, either mathematical, linguistic or musical. This work pretends to show partially the relationship that exists between the mathematical, linguistic and musical symbols and prove in which way these elements have been used to reinforce or materialize thought. With this end we will be seeing some examples of the existence of symbiosis in different cultures, principally the greek, jew and christian throughout history.
