| Descripció: | The authors propose the analysis a set of criteria to favor the establishment of the electronic government in Cuba as the general objective, starting from an instrument that institutes the planning, executing and improving scope of the electronic government for the actors involved. The implicit arguments are analyzed in documents belonging to the Communist Party and the agenda 2030 on sustainable development that back up the establishment of the electronic government. |
