| Описание: | Criminal jurisdiction on Costa Rican seas presents a number of variants due to national sovereignty and the rights of the State in that area. This document analyzes the Costa Rican criminal law and fisheries offenses under the Law on Fisheries and Aquaculture, based on the provisions of the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea relating to the powers of coastal States on the different areas where the seas are legally demarcated. |
