| Cur Síos: | Reproductive characteristics of commercialy important estuarine fishes were studied in three areas as sociated to mangrove zones in the Gulf of Nicoya, Costa Rica, from April 1992 to June 1993. The species were: Ariopsis seemanni. A. dovii. A. osculus. Cathorops tuyra and C. steindachneri.
