| الوصف: | Macrobrachium americanum was co llected in the San Amire s River, Santa Cruz, Guanacaste, Co sta Rica (lOO 22' 00" N; 85043' 00" W), from March 1984 to Apri1 1985. For 290 specimens the relationship tota l lengthto tal weight was log PT= -4.3554 + 2.9756 lo g LT for males and lo g PT= -3.7797 + 2.6118 log LT fo r females. The minimum co mmercial size was 55 to 60 mm to tal length, between 3.6-4.8 g abdominal weight, and between 6.9-9.8 g total weight. |
