Description:This article aims to study the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. It analyzes the core values contained in the declaration, using the ideas of Norberto Bobbio. It concludes that the text adopted by the United Nations in 1948, is a necessary reference in the international legal framework, although it is not binding and binding on the States.
