| Opis: | The right to health and the right to freedom are the main fundamental rights. Social security systems guarantee such right to health, but a huge number of Mexicans do not enjoy the benefits of those services. The Constitution provides that every person has the right to health protection. Therefore, in 2003 the General Health Law has been amended to create the Social Protection Health System, known as People’s Health Insurance. |
