Description:The protection of the sea turtle in Mexico began in the sixties, an activity that has evolved characterizing the country by its impulse in all the coastal states, where programs for the protection of this chelonian are implemented, operated, regulated and monitored by the competent authorities. However, there are still complex problems that endanger this species, which inspires society and the government to look for tools to provide comprehensive protection.
