| Описание: | The effect of several antecedents of Innovative Behavior (IWB) was studied: (a) personality traits; (b) Cognitive Flexibility (FLE); and (c) Inclusive Leadership (IL). In line with prior literature, personality traits and COF were defined as latent factors, whereas IL and IWB were modeled as composites. Data were collected through a questionnaire administered to 306 individuals working in diverse occupations and organizations in Costa Rica. A PLS-SEM analysis with out-of-sample predictive procedures was conducted, along with a Necessary Condition Analysis (ACN). Results indicated that: (a) Openness to Experience, FLE, and LIN were positively associated with COI; (b) the model showed high predictive power; and (c) moderate levels of Emotional Stability, Extraversion, and Conscientiousness are necessary for innovation. |
