It is increasingly difficult to find a nationalist discourse that may convince us of constitutional normative superiority; on the contrary, the most influential discourses are now those arguing for the normative hierarchy of human rights, and this is a growing trend in international courts when issuing sentences. This is the new era of law in relation to the violation of human rights and their respective restoration, which are more and more frequent. |
