Popis:This essay gathers legal analysis on some challenges that, in the author’s opinion, are the most relevant within the workplace at the national level, facing the bicentennial of the country’s independence. It presents the analysis of a legal historical section and some labor law institutions (new contractual figures, adaptability of workdays, a different paradigm of the inspection body, etc.), which must be renovated, updated or included, within a general rule into both the public and private sector, which would unify dispersed regulations, which in many cases, are not even known due to the lack of their systematization in a single body, within the principle of legal certainty. This article is intended to be a first starting scenario of what later must be rethought as a nation.
