Description:The political movement led by Angela Acuna. is an essential part of the process amplitude of the democratic system in Costa Rica, where the clímax of this struggle will be resolved partly in the context of the civil war of 1948 and enacting a new constitution. The symbol of universal suffrage for the liberal democratic system was an achievement of the suffrage movement in all democratic. This test puts the Costa Ricans to share the identity of others and be of the Costa Ricans in its past history and present at 60 years of the 1949 Constitution, which eventually included the reform is to give political citizenship and the ability to choose and be the winner of elections.
